Election Timeline Election Timeline Blueprint's elections are held in the Spring of each academic year. As a Registered Student Organization (RSO), we must follow the election processes specified by Undergraduate Student Life. For Spring 2025 the steps and corresponding dates are: Nominations | March 3rd – March 17th On March 3rd, we will release a nomination form where students can nominate themselves or others for specific E-Board positions. Nomination Verification | March 17th – March 21st Undergraduate Student Life will verify the nominee GPAs and provide any comments by March 22. A 2.5 cumulative GPA is required of all student organization leaders. All leaders must be an undergraduate student in Fall 2025. Elections | March 23rd – April 4th Blueprint elections for Spring 2025 are scheduled tentatively for Thursday, March 27th at 9:15 P.M Eligibility to vote in elections requires attendance at a minimum of two General Body Meetings (GBMs), Tech Team Meetings, or Design Team Meetings within the past academic year. Alternatively, members actively participating in a Non-Profit Project Team—defined as attending more than 50% of team meetings and making meaningful contributions —are also eligible to vote. Following the elections, the newly elected Executive Board will assume their roles immediately. To ensure a smooth transition, the outgoing E-Board will provide support and guidance throughout the process. Serving on the Executive Board requires significant time and commitment, making it challenging to balance both E-Board responsibilities and active participation in a Non-Profit Project Team. Therefore, if you are elected to an E-Board position while also being part of a Non-Profit Project Team, we ask that you choose between the two roles to ensure full dedication—unless no other member is available to fill the project team role.
