1 Week Cycle

      Developer must create a PR for the task in 4 days (It should be up to the Tech Leads to break down issues that can be done during a week)  1 Day Review Period for Tech Leads

      Peer Review

        Pairing up each of dev with another dev. They should be mutually each other pull requests The Tech Lead should be in charge of assigning the peers The Tech Lead should review every pull request regardless
