Project Team Management Guidelines

1 Week Cycle

    • Developer must create a PR for the task in 4 days (It should be up to the Tech Leads to break down issues that can be done during a week)
    •  1 Day Review Period for Tech Leads
    • 1-2 Day to address comments and merge the pull request
    • The PMs should be in charge of monitoring the merging of pull requests based on feature prioritization

Peer Review

  • Pairing up each of dev with another dev. They should be mutually each other pull requests
  • The Tech Lead should be in charge of assigning the peers
  • The Tech Lead should review every pull request regardless
